Last question of the inteview:
“Supernatural magazine: If you did come back in season six, and you got to actually just play the real Adam, who’d been resurrected, do you think there’s be any chance that you’d be riding around in the Impala? Sitting in the backseat? And if so, how do you think the fans would react?
Jake: The producers will be the ultimate deciders of that. But even so, I think that’s something that I would have to ask the fans’ permission for first.”

Well, Jake, you’ve got our permission for sure!

At Random Acts, it’s our mission to conquer the world one random act of kindness at a time.

I’d like to take the time to talk about a non-profit organisation, The Random Act, that I think is worth checking out. It’s run by Misha Collins (the Supernatural fans among you might know him as the Angel Castiel) and a couple of his ‘minions’ (as Misha affectionately likes to call his fans).

It started when the earthquake hit Haiti and Misha set up page for donations. Fans raised $30,000 in one day! The project evolved into what’s now known as The Random Act. They support three different orphanages in Haiti as well as supporting Pakistan after the recent tragedy there. That’s not all! A part of their funding also goes to random acts of kindness (ie buying toys for kids).

On September fifth, Misha will run for charity. You can support him by making a pledge (ie: one dollar per kilometer he’ll run) or donate a flat rate (ie 20 dollars) to support him.

If you have a penny to spare, do donate and spread the word! What they’re doing is terrific. I’ve already donated!

The season five Supernatural gag reel leaked out a couple of days ago. There’s some Jake stuff in there throughout the entire thing, so be sure to watch it all! I’ll have screencaps up as soon as I have time.

Season five will come to DVD September 7th.

Sadly, Jake and Logan lost out a second time. I’ve been snooping around the Internet and I also haven’t found any indication that the Percy Jackson cast and Jake in particular were there.

Hi guys!

Tomorrow night (Monday August 9th) is the night! The results for the Teen Choice Awards will be revealed at a no doubt fun show, hosted by Katy Perry. Voting is closed so let’s all keep our fingers crossed that Jake and Logan can take home the price for Best Fight  for Percy Jackson and the Lightning thief this time around.

The Teen Choice Awards will air on Fox at 8/7 central. Be sure to tune in and keep your eyes open for the Percy Jackson cast. We’re not sure if they’ll be there, but hopefully they will be!

We finally managed to find a good lay-out for our new banner, made by Lena for our banner competition! Sorry it took so long to get this up, but we’ve been busy. So, what does everyone think about our new banner and lay-out?

Since it’s August, we’ve also chosen a new Picture of The Month. This picture is from Jake’s appearance in the episode ‘Swan Song’, the season five finale of Supernatural.
